2 SCOPE
This policy applies to all DNH Medical customers who purchase goods using the company e-commerce platform (shop.dnhmedical.com.au) or visitors to our public website (dnhmedical.com.au).

Commercial Manager
The Commercial Manager is responsible for updating this policy, for providing a security environment for storage of personal data, and for conducting internal compliance audits.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing this policy and resolving any customer ordering issues relevant to this policy.
Customer Service Team Lead
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for responding to customer ordering enquiries/concerns and referring these to the Operations Manager if required.

Note: We do not have access to, or the ability to control, any credit card data. We do not have access to any payment pages. Customer payments are sent via the internet by a PCI DSS compliant third-party service provider who provide a payment page so that customers can complete their transactions.
